Attendance:  A minimum of 80% attendance (no more than three absences) is required for all members.  This includes 80% of chapter (and pledge, if a pledge) meetings, covenant groups, weekly Bible study, and church.  Every member must also attend fall retreat (and pledge retreat, if a pledge) and Initiation to maintain active status within the sorority.  Members will be responsible for marking their attendance for all events.  If a member fails to meet the attendance requirements, she will have a semester to make up her attendance.  If the absences persist, she will lose the privilege of attending social functions and she will no longer have active status within the sorority.

Dues:  If a member fails to pay their dues and does not communicate with the treasurer, she will be unable to attend social functions and she will no longer have active status within the sorority.

Service:  If a member fails to meet the service requirement for the semester, she will have a semester to make up her projects.  If she does not make up her projects, she will lose the privilege of attending social functions and she will no longer have active status within the sorority.

Sigs:  If a pledge does not meet her “Sig” requirements, she will not receive member status at Initiation.  If an active does not meet her “Sig” requirements, she will lose the privilege of attending social functions.

*The requirements and consequences of failure to meet the requirements are listed above.  Please understand that the requirements are designed to benefit the members of Phi Lamb.  When pledging Phi Lamb, one has decided that she would like to pursue growth in her relationship with Christ and be in fellowship with other Christian women.  The requirements are set in place for the purpose of holding the members accountable to that.  Each of the requirements has a valid and/or Biblical rationale.
