To be an active:

She must be attending church weekly (no more than three absences per semester). Phi Lamb cannot provide one with the community and teaching that church offers.

She must be actively involved in a Bible study (no more than three absences per semester). Sorority meetings do not provide adequate study of God's Word that is necessary for spiritual growth and development.

She must attend the weekly chapter meetings (no more than three absences per semester).

She must attend weekly Covenant Group meetings (no more than three absences per semester).

She must pay semester dues to Sigma Phi Lambda ($100).

She must attend the annual fall retreat.

She must fulfill the service requirement of two service projects per semester. These projects will be pre-determined by the service chair and she will determine which projects meet the standards.

She must be present at the mock meeting and one of the two informationals during rush week.

She must attend Initiation.

She must complete twelve “Sigs” with pledges during the fall semester (before Initiation).

She must attend the annual fall retreat as well as the pledge retreat.

She must fulfill the service requirement of two service projects per semester.

She must fulfill the requirements above and be present to receive member status at Initiation.

She must complete twelve “Sigs” with pledges and twelve “Sigs” with actives during the fall semester (before Initiation).
Dues: If a member fails to pay their dues and does not communicate with the treasurer, she will be unable to attend social functions and she will no longer have active status within the sorority.
Service: If a member fails to meet the service requirement for the semester, she will have a semester to make up her projects. If she does not make up her projects, she will lose the privilege of attending social functions and she will no longer have active status within the sorority.
Sigs: If a pledge does not meet her “Sig” requirements, she will not receive member status at Initiation. If an active does not meet her “Sig” requirements, she will lose the privilege of attending social functions.
